You’ve always been in there. Let’s find her.
For the woman who had it all figured out but doesn't recognize her own life anymore.
Hi, I’m Rachel. I was you.
If you've recently been diagnosed with a chronic illness and you're still figuring out who you are on the other side, you're in the right place. This is where we find you again (or for the first time), through creativity, color, and no pressure at all.
Hi, I’m Rachel
I’m a creative mentor for women with chronic illnesses. I help women like you (and me) find yourself through rules-free art and creative practices.

Major life events are hard, but it’s different when something requires immediate and permanent lifestyle changes. Many people don’t understand, and most available resources are focused on fixing, curing, or limitations. I’m here to listen and support you on a difficult and inevitable journey to becoming the woman you’re meant to be, diagnoses and all.

The short version: I got diagnosed with Psoriasis & Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) in 2022 - I wasn’t even 30. I was lost in the finality of the diagnoses and daunted by creating a new life that honored my energy but not giving up on my dreams. Even though I’m blessed with a great support system, I felt alone. But art changed everything, and I craved a community who would find the same joy and relief from it as I have.

Words have been a comfort to me ever since I learned how to write. I’ve always made up stories and turned to language to express what I feel. Since the very first time I tried neurographic art, I’ve been a little obsessed with creating things that don’t follow rules. It holds feeling and emotion differently than words. It allows me to express things without having to make it make sense to myself or others. It simply exists and remains completely judgement-free, beautiful in its own right. You deserve to have your own incredible healing experience.
